Read something beautiful, uplifting, and spiritual.

29. Listen to some beautiful religious music.

30. Rosary – Pray the Rosary

30. Try fasting as well as abstaining on Friday. If Friday is a difficult day for you to fast, pick another day. Just do it.


31. Be creative with your Lenten meals.

Denying double down – Whatever it is that you struggle with the most, probably has to be something that makes you feel good in some way – winning an argument, overeating, sexual sin, sloth … Whatever it is, start this week in efforts to deny yourself. Spend that extra effort on growing your spiritual prayer life.
