Catching Up – Wedding edition

• Last weekend, my fourth son, Noah, married the love of his life, Annabelle. They are literally each other’s first loves and they are just amazing together. Annabelle fits right in with the rest of the family and is undaunted by her rowdy brother-in-laws, her new sisters, and her sisters-in-law. She’s an amazing addition to our family.

• I see a lot of brides since I am the wedding coordinator at our church. I may also be a little bit biased. But I think Annabelle looked like a princess. She took my breath away.

• Who knew when I was raising all those little boys that I would also end up with such lovely daughters!

• Noah and his best man.

• Rosie was one of the readers. She wore this 43-year-old dress that I wore as a bridesmaid at my best friend’s wedding. It looked great on her!

• When my mother passed away, we found a $3000 life insurance policy that she had paid for years. I wanted to buy something meaningful with it and so I bought this huge dining room table and chair set. This is how I always wanted my table to look – surrounded by family and friends. I think mom would be pleased.

• Miss C. was Amazing all weekend. Just wonderful.
