Spread the love

A few years ago, I blogged about a program called Weight Commander. At that time, you could purchase the program (only $10) and put it on your computer to record your weight every day. The only problem with that is that when you changed computers you needed to get the program gain.

Now Michael Marder has set the whole thing up on the web. He still mails you an envelope and you still put the check in there and send it back, but now you have access to the web site no matter what computer you are using!

Cool!

There are two schools of thought about weighing yourself. One is to weigh once a week because fluctuations can be discouraging and the other was to weigh every day. For DECADES I weighed every day. And then for the last couple of years I just needed to be free from the scale and quit weighing, thinking I would be surprised when I did weigh. I was. Not in a good way. I feel very motivated to use Weight Commander and see what’s going on and to note trends.

Works for me.
