1. Yesterday I visited my mother and talked to three of her doctors from three different specialties and actually held my own!! LOL!! Then I took Gabe and dropped him off at Mr. Pete’s so that Mr. Pete could take Gabe to his drum lesson. The I raced across town to get Izzy’s foot evaluated by her pediatrician. Got home, transcribed medical reports for a few hours, was informed by my 3-year-old that she had stuck a popcorn kernel up her nose, called the ask-a-nurse hot line, blew in her mouth while plugging a nostril to see if I could get it to pop out, and then took her with me to choir practice so that I could observe her and determine whether this was going to be a problem or not, came home, went to bed, and slept 8 solid hours. What a day!

2. Heard from Gabe’s drum teacher that he is one of his best students and fun to teach! (even if he can’t do a samba yet, but has a couple of great rock and roll beats!)

3. Made a plan for Sam regarding the rest of his education this year. We have both made a plan to beat that American History I CLEP test – or die trying!! (Well, not literally – but at least he doesn’t want this test to defeat him!

Interesting side note- Calvin is a 2-test taker as well. His first test as a soccer ref he had to take twice. He had to take a few of the Ohio Graduation Tests twice too. So maybe being a 2-test taker is hereditary?
