The economic malaise

Jim Cramer on the Today show- “Obama is the greatest wealth destroyer.”

“We have an agenda in this country now that I would regard as being a radical agenda. I think that we had a budget that came out that basically put a level of fear in this country that I have not seen ever in my ever in my life and that changed everything. “

“Share holder friendly? This is the greatest wealth destruction I’ve seen by a president.

The stock market is the country; right now. This is where people’s wealth is this is their pension plans, their 401Ks, their IRAs.”

“You gotta give me something positive to speak more positive.”

“I call it a garden variety depression to distinguish from the 30% unemployment we had in 1932. We are not going to get that. We have FDIC, we have an insurance policy called social security. It won’t come to that. It won’t come to civil unrest

But we do have to change the attitude of the president that I regard as being a radical agenda to something that is slower and recognizing that times are bad.”
