When I want to comment on an article (blog or website) I usually like to Frisk – which means to take each part of the article and comment on it.

I’ve noted several times that people new to blogs and blogging are unfamiliar with the term and some have even called responding that way “bizarre.” That said, if I were have a discussion with someone we would probably go point by point and Frisking is the closest way to do that.

Jeff Miller uses the term “frisk” when referring to this article by Father Z on the National Catholic Reporter’s (The National Enquirer of the American Catholic scene) commentary on the 40th Anniversary of Humanae Vitae.
