So this is what we’re eating this week at My Domestic Church!

Monday: Simple Three Bean soup. I buy the packages of three beans, rinse them, soak them, and ten put them in the crock pot over night and all day. Then I sprinkle them with a bit of Mrs. Dash, add a bit of brown sugar, and kind of mash the beans a bit, top with a bit of cheese and serve. It’s delicious, easy and inexpensive.

Tuesday: Mushroom Veggie Sloppy Sandwhiches Rachael Ray 365: No Repeats–A Year of Deliciously Different Dinners (A 30-Minute Meal Cookbook)

Wednesday: Wednesdays during lent we have either canned soup or pancakes. Calvin my 17-year-old cooks. I love Wednesdays in Lent!
