Isn’t that special!

It appears that Sean Hannity is the guest speaker for the Vitae Caring Foundation on April 17, 2007. It’s kind of a big deal at $100.00.

I thought they might be interested in Hannity’s recent “shoot out” with Father Euteneuer, so I called. They hadn’t heard of it. Their number is on the web page. Personally, I think they should un-invite Hannity and ask Father Euteneuer to speak!

I looked into the remarks you mentioned and found that the particular exchange you mentioned was dealing primarily with religious views. And, as we discussed, Vitae is not affiliated with a particular religion. Our mission is to encourage a greater respect for human life and reduce the number of abortions by using mass media education for long-term cultural change.

We believe Sean Hannity has a strong pro-life message that is consistent with our mission

As I don’t have the time or the inclination to explain that they will never reduce the number of abortions by effecting long-term cultural change as long as that culture includes the widespread use and acceptance of contraceptives – I let it drop.
