Muffins!

Clothesline – Y/N?
Nope. I never thought haninging out the laundry was better than putting them in the dryer especially with bird droppings and dust being blown around etc. The dryer just seems cleaner to me.

Donuts – Have you ever made them?
Can’t say that I have

Every day – One homemaking thing you do every day:
Wipe the table. I am constantly wiping the table!

Freezer – Do you have a separate deep freeze?
I have an upright in the basement but it really uses a lot of energy so we quit using it.

Garbage Disposal – Y/N?
Yes.

Handbook – What is your favorite homemaking resource?
The internet

Ironing – Love it or hate it?
I like ironing, but I only do it very occasionally.

Junk drawer – Y/N? Where is it?
Yep, several, in the office and kitchen!

Kitchen: Design & Decorating?
Gray walls and tiles, with all of my holstein cow towels, cups, and nick nacks!

Love: What is your favorite part of homemaking?
Having the house clean and sparkly – happens a couple of times a year! and cooking a meal everyone loves.

Mop – Y/N?
Yes.

Nylons – Wash by hand or in the washing machine?
I don’t wear them often, but when I do I hand wash them.

Oven – Do you use the window, or open the door to check?
I open the door.

Pizza – What do you put on yours?
The works, (but no anchovies!)

Quiet – What do you do during the day when you get a quiet moment?
Read, pray, plan

Recipe card box – Y/N?
No.

Style of house –
The realtor called it a bungalow, but it’s a two-story brick with full basement.

Tablecloths and napkins – Y/N?
Tablecloths, covered with heavy plastic for easy cleaning after spills. Paper towel napkis, although in a pinch, I still have napkins left over from my wedding in 1979!

Under the kitchen sink – Organized or toxic wasteland?
It’s organized toxic waste!

Vacuum – How many times per week?
I don’t have any carpeting, but I sweep daily and mop.

Wash – How many loads of laundry do you do a week?
I have no clue! Fourteen or more?

X’s – Do you keep a daily list of things to do and cross them off?
In my head, but sometimes I write it down.

Yard – Who does what?
By the looks of it, nobody! I have big plans for next year though!

Zzz’s – What is your last homemaking task for the day before going to bed?
Turn off the lights, t.v. computer etc.
