Spread the love

There is a huge difference between people who provide services because THEY REALLY NEED THE MONEY, and those that do it for a hobby of just for a little discretionary income.

Case in point, if I were providing a service in my home, (and I have before) I would bend over backwards to make the waiting area clean, comfortable, attractive, whatever. If that meant I had to move a few nic nacs up so they wouldn’t get broken I would do it.

I need a service for my children. The person supplying the service doesn’t need my money for survival, and so I was just informed my toddler pretty much isn’t welcome in the waiting room.

Don’t know how I’m going to handle this. It’s not like we’ll be able to hang out in the mall (too early) or go for lots of walks (in January?) I guess we could sit in the car for an hour. I guess I’m just stunned. I’ll have to think about how to handle this.
