Lilac Rose brought to my attention some of the grief Dawn Eden was having to put up with from Jill and the Feministe crowd.

I’ve had several encounters with Jill last year. Some of the commenters on her board were the meanest I’ve come across. The “dumb crayon” comment in my side bar is from one such encounter.

Anyway, in reading how Jill has continued to pursue Dawn I was reminded of the demon children in the Passion of the Christ. Of course in that movie they antagonized, poked and prodded at Judas until he found no way out except suicide. Perhaps the antagonism of Jill and company is part of what brought Dawn into this church at Easter and has helped strengthen her resolve to speak out on “whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise.”
