My lower abs have really been out of shape since my last C-section in June. That was my 3rd one. Even with resuming my normal activities and doing some aerobics, they just weren’t responding. The Kari Anderson Curl video I was going to use was just too hard. My head would tell my abs “contract!” “curl!” “move!” “Do SOMETHING!!” But they weren’t having it.

One rectus abdominus was saying to the other, “What’s the point? We’ll contract and grow stronger and then she’ll bulge us out and cut us again! No thanks! I’m staying floppy!!”

Well today my stubborn muscularis – you have met your match!!

This tape was only 25 minutes with a gentle warm up and an effective workout. I think using the plastic steps they call the “fanny lifter” really assisted my abs without overly straining them. I put my hands on my abdomen and I could finally feel something! I think I’m going to try this for a month and see if I can graduate up to the Kari Anderson video. I’m so relieved that I found something that seems like it will get these abs of mine back into action!
