Mr. Pete’s Car Payments

Mr. Pete is my absent minded professor. When he was in charge of the bills, he NEVER paid them on time – even when we had money, because bookkeeping just isn’t his thing. So I pay all of the household bills now, but he is still responsible for his car payment because they won’t let me pay that on line. Every month he’s late and every month I get to talk to the nice collection lady. In fact I think she and I have bonded. We’re almost on a first name basis.

Anyway, this month I am determined to have him pay on time and avoid the late charge and so I came up with a song which I intend to sing over the speaker phone so that all of his employees can hear. Bet he won’t forget then.
