Remember a few weeks ago I mentioned that we were going to make hot lava fudge! The idea was that you would make this boiling hot chocolate and some of it you would cool slowly (like lava trapped underground) and some of it you would cool quickly (like the lava that makes it to the earth’s surface and hits the air. Well we did that and there was really a difference on the texture of the fudge. You could really feel it on your tongue! Obviously this was one of our more popular experiments!
