Stillbirth study and moms, you can help!

This group is doing a study of births to make some analysis about why stillbirth happens. They need women, moms of stillbirths and live children to participate. The more participants they have the more accurate the study will be. Please consider helping out by completing the survey.

The goal of the Maternal Observations and Memories of Stillbirth (MOMS) study is to collect data that will help researchers, medical professionals, and women better understand all kinds of stillbirths and how to prevent them. This data also will provide those in the helping and counseling professions with insights on offering compassionate support to stillbirth families. Many researchers believe that most of the four million stillbirths women experience worldwide every year do not have to happen.

Women throughout the world who have experienced pregnancy and delivered a baby, stillborn or live, are invited to share their story with the researchers by clicking on the Questionnaire button on this page and completing an interactive questionnaire. All the stories will be used to identify possible risk factors for stillbirth.
